Free Kids Activities

  1. Take your kids for a walk around the world-famous fountain and play at two playgrounds at Fountain Park
  2. Cool off in the summer at the Kiwanis Splash Pad at Fountain Park (open 2nd Saturday in April thru last Sunday in September)
  3. Take advantage of two playgrounds and have a picnic at Golden Eagle Park
  4. Bring your kiddos and well-behaved doggies to the dog park and skate park at Desert Vista Park
  5. Put on your hiking boots and Kelty pack for hiking trails around Fountain Hills
  6. Grab a Culture Pass at Scottsdale Libraries for 2 free admissions to many area museums
  7. Musical Instrument Museum (Tatum/101) – Free admission to world instrument children’s play room
  8. Hike to Hole In The Rock (Tempe), an easy walk/hike with kids
  9. National Geographic’s Kids Club is hosted weekly at Paradise Valley Mall and Chandler Mall
  10. Check out the play areas at the following malls: Scottsdale Fashion Square, Paradise Valley Mall, Chandler Mall
  11. See a collection of historic fire trucks at The Hall of Flame Fire Museum
